We are all born with it: the ability to breath.

How we use it is another matter.

Giving a bit of focus to the way you breath is one of the most useful skills you will ever have.

Just a few slow…full…long breaths can help you:

  • get rid of those butterflies in your stomach
  • think twice about eating that big slice of cake
  • stay connected to your higher self in a disagreement
  • put your body’s pH in the healthy alkaline range
  • reduce stress hormones
  • relax muscles
